Shakespeare in the Park
Delacorte Theater, Mid-Central Park at 80th Street
Shakespeare in the Park 2008 includes free performances of Hair. These theatrical productions draw thousands of audience members to Central Park!

Free Ticket Information: Tickets to Shakespeare in the Park are free! There are two ways to get your complimentary tickets:
- Online: Register online for Shakespeare in the Park tickets at the Public Theater website and submit a day-of request for tickets beginning at 12AM ET. Each individual entry is able to request up to two tickets for that day’s performance. At 1pm registered users can log on to the Public website to see if their names have been randomly selected. Tickets will be held at The Delacorte Theater Box Office; pick-up begins one hour prior to curtain.
- In Person: Pick up your FREE tickets to Shakespeare in the Park on the day of the performance beginning at 1PM at The Delacorte Theater in Central Park. The closest entrances to the Delacorte are at 81st Street and Central Park West or 79th Street and Fifth Avenue. There is a limit of 2 tickets per person.
